If you've got to explain the joke, it isn't funny, Union Street Guest House. Here's another tip: When the Internet speaks, you really should listen. The USGH apparently had a different idea, though. When it didn't like what the Internet was saying, it tried to make it shut up -- by threatening to fine newlyweds $500 each time one of their wedding guests panned the hotel in an online review. The "free Windows 9" rumor once again is making the rounds.
