Facebook's plan to fill the skies with Internet access points could "put a big crimp in some totalitarian governments' [efforts] to restrict and control citizens' access," said tech analyst Laura DiDio, "because the ability to connect to the Internet could literally be flying overhead. Office for iPad is available as a free download for the iPad and iPhone, with limited capability.
