|  | Age Of Fear 2 brings back classic turn-based strategy gaming Mar 8, 2013 3:00 PM Age of Fear 2: The Chaos Lord is a turn-based fantasy strategy game, though it likes to push the "fantasy" boundaries a bit; one scenario features modern soldiers vs. zombies. It deliberately and unapologetically invokes the spirit of early 90s strategy games, before real-time strategy became the fashion and reflexes became more important than tactics. I reviewed the PC version, but it's available for Linux and Mac as well. |  | Magix Page & Layout Designer includes advanced tools for beginner users Mar 13, 2013 12:10 PM MAGIX Page & Layout Designer ($150) anticipates the needs of a growing business by providing a single source for designing anything from a single logo to business cards to a multi-page brochure. However, if you are a Xara Photo & Graphic Designer ($89) fan, you will recognize the UI instantly, and may be left feeling ripped off. It's so hard to find a difference between the two apps, it seems that MAGIX has repackaged Xara with added templates and an inflated pricetag (although Page & Layout Designer is currently on sale for $90). Note: The "Download Now" button on the Product Information page will download the trial versions of the software to your system.
