| T-Mobile takes the contract-free plunge | Earlier this week, T-Mobile CEO John Legere announced at a New York press conference that the carrier is finally doing away with two-year service agreements. Users can enroll in a $50/month plan that will include unlimited talk and text, and 500MB of high-speed 4G data. Unlimited data will cost $70/month, but if you have paid off your handset in full, you can leave the carrier at any time. The company also announced that it'll offer the iPhone 5 starting April 12, and that its LTE network is now live in seven cities throughout the U.S. | Read more | Share:
