New York auto show to highlight power, efficiency The previews ahead of the New York International Auto Show have been an interesting mix of high power and electrification. On one hand, we have a new Cadillac CTS with a twin-turbo engine, and a Range Rover Sport likely to have 500-plus horsepower. On the other, we will be seeing a new electric vehicle from Mercedes-Benz based on its B-class along with a hybrid SUV from Infiniti. Of course, these days, even high-horsepower engines can boast fuel economy far better than anything we have seen before, so efficiency wins all around. CNET will be covering the new releases from the New York auto show on Wednesday and Thursday of next week, so tune in to our full show coverage. | Read more | Share:
